Please use “Domain abuse” in the subject. This is our published abuse contact email. Include the domain, any relevant webpage address, the nature of the suspected abuse, when you observed it, supporting evidence and a contact address for follow-up. Avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

We check this inbox at least daily, including weekends and bank holidays. Urgent reports are escalated promptly. We acknowledge reports within three working days of receipt.

We assess the evidence, establish whether the domain is managed through us and take appropriate action within our authority. This can include contacting the registrant, hosting provider, registrar, registry or relevant authority. Where we do not manage the domain, we explain that and, where practical, identify the appropriate reporting route.

Reporting a domain does not automatically result in suspension. We consider the evidence, applicable obligations and the nature of the issue. We may be unable to disclose all details of an investigation.
