Primary care communications campaign

- Client
- A primary care network

Overview
The challenge
A public-health message needed to reach families across a diverse population without feeling clinical, patronising or alarmist.
What we did
We shaped one clear idea, tested language with practice staff, and designed a small, disciplined set of assets that worked across print, waiting rooms and social media.
The solution
A warm identity with plain-English headlines, a consistent illustration approach and clearly branded materials that the PCN could reuse across seasons.
Outcome
The campaign gave practice teams something they were proud to hand out and shared confidently online. Follow-up asks from patients focused on next steps rather than basic questions.
